You provide high-quality photos or scans of your logbook pages, or securely ship us your logbook.

If you opt to send us your logbook, we'll provide you with a secure shipping container with an AirTag™ for tracking.

We will provide you with an easy-to-read spreadsheet allowing you to compare paper logbook pages to the spreadsheet totals.

We’ll prepare the file in the proper format and import it for you into your electronic logbook, including configuring logbook aircraft to accurately count time for high-performance, complex, etc.
Pricing is based on the hours in your pilot logbook, starting at $500 for up to 500 hours.

If you have more than 500 hours, once we have started work on your job, we will send you a sample of the work in progress, and invoice you for the remaining balance.

For example, if you have 750 logbook hours to be converted, we will invoice the additional $250.

Also available is a "good handwriting" discount! While we have to plan for the most indecipherable logs, if we are able to complete your job faster than anticipated, we will issue a refund up to $0.25 per logbook hour as a thank you for easy to read logbook entries!
Your logbook service order can be cancelled for a full refund, at any time before we begin work on your project.

If you cancel your logbook service after we have begun work on your project, your order will be refunded 50%.

You will not be eligible to receive a copy of any digital work we have created.

If you have sent us your logbook, it will be returned to you securely by Registered Mail, with signature required for delivery.
