Organize and Backup Your Aircraft Logs
Preserve the value of your aircraft with properly organized, digitized, and backed-up logbooks and records.
Even if your aircraft records are pretty well organized already, without a digital backup, your vital maintenance records and logbooks are vulnerable to damage or loss. We can help!

We will send you a secure shipping container, including an AirTag™ for additional tracking. You ship us your records using the included prepaid shipping label.

Or if you would like to deliver your records in person, we are happy to meet you at any Minneapolis/St. Paul area airport at no additional charge.

Rest assured your records are safe with us. They will be stored securely and never leave our possession. We do all work in-house — never outsourced.

-
We'll start by organizing your original documents for you (if they're not already) in logical and chronological order.
-
Next we'll scan everything, and create multiple PDF files for logical organization:
-
An archive file for older historical records
-
Airframe Log
-
Engine Logs
-
Prop Logs
-
A file containing your 337s, 8130s, STCs, and AD compliance
-
A file containing work orders, invoices, and receipts

-
-
Files will be uploaded as searchable PDFs to Google Drive, where you can access them there, or move them to iCloud or any other digital storage you prefer.
-
Documents will be available online for you to access and download for 1 year following completion of the work. If you would like continued access, we offer a very affordable yearly update service.
-
We will organize your original documents into DocSafe™ "fireproof" binders and/or file boxes (depending on quantity of records). While none of the binder products are really "fireproof", they are at least heat-resistant, and every bit of added protection is always a good thing.
-
Optional, but highly recommended — We can organize your original records using the adlog™ system, a separate, well-known and respected service offered by Aerotech Publications, Inc. With its color coded indexed sections, the adlog™ system will simplify, organize and centralize all data, providing fast retrieval of all maintenance, airworthiness directive, service bulletin and inspection requirements for your aircraft.
-
We will provide you with a hardcopy binder of your critical documents so that you can get work done on the airplane without the need to present your originals to the maintenance shop.

-
You have access to download and share your digital files whenever you wish.

-
If it appears that you might be missing important documents, we will request FAA records for your aircraft and attempt to replace the missing documents in your logs.

-
We’ll present you with a final summary of apparently missing documents (undocumented modifications to the aircraft, etc.) so that you can address these with your A&P.

-
Everything is strictly confidential. It’s up to you decide what you do with this information.

-
Are you preparing to sell your aircraft? We’ll provide you with a link for read-only access to the files, allowing you to share secure access for anyone wishing to research your airplane.
